Our experiences with caravans began in 2011 with our then Bürstner Belcanto 465 TS, a single-axle caravan that offered us a lot of luxury compared to our previous camping trips with a tent. We traveled a lot over the six years and learned about strengths, weaknesses and technical limitations. It was clear to us back then that we wanted to continue using caravanning intensively. As a result, we decided to exchange the Bürstner for a higher quality caravan.
After intensive research and all considerations, it was clear that it would be a Kabe. When we looked around in 2017, the offering in Germany was still relatively manageable. Nevertheless, we found our Kabe, a Royal 740 E-TDL with extensive additional equipment, a model from the 2016 construction period. The car gave us a solid foundation on which we could build. We have now gained a lot of experience, not only with the equipment supplied, but also with the additional technical additions in which we have invested.
